not sure why it didn't work for me so why the need for the special firmware? im guessing you developed it in processing. Anyway it sure doesn't work without the firmware lol. I tried before i read it. Anyways the itead ver 2.2 bt comes with an android app that is open source and i just wrote my sketch to evaluate a single char coming from serial and i guess i could get 26 pins that way lol but ya, the picture stuff was neat. I developed a remote start for my truck with it, 2 n channel mosfets and a high side driver. I send the letter s over bluetooth and the truck cracks right off. I love it, illl be doing more for safety and all that as i move forward. But very cool app i got a uno at the house i might give it a go tonight
