The application has access to the following:

Allows the application to control the vibrator.
System tools
automatically start at boot
Allows an application to have itself started as soon as the system has finished booting. This can make it take longer to start the phone and allow the application to slow down overall performance of the phone by constantly running.
prevent phone from sleeping
Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.
Your accounts
discover known accounts
Allows an application to get the list of accounts known by the phone.

Love, hate Love the community, but free version updates faster. This one seems slow. I have exit out all the time.

Great app I would give 5 stars if the widget updated better & I could hide the achievements that I have not yet met... other than that it's an awesome app

Great tool This is excellent for providing motivation to quit smoking and allows you to get support from others who are fighting, too. English chat is very active. Would like to see a private messaging option as well as an option to view replies to my comments, because often the chat has moved significantly by the next time I open the app and I will have missed replies to my post.
