Description
Aix is a pure homescreen app widget that shows temperature, maximum/minimum precipitation and sun rise/set times graphically to give you a compact and accurate forecast.Weather data is taken from Norwegian Meteorological Institute and NOAA National Weather Service. Data will be most accurate for Europe and the US.
Please check out the introduction by either opening the app from the market, or by using the menu key while on the Aix configuration screen. If you have any issues with the widget, please email me so I can help you.
This widget is designed to work in a portrait 4x1 format. It will work in 4x1 landscape, but this is not what the widget has been designed for. Improved tablet support will be added in the future.
NB: This application is in BETA, and is under development.

. Cannot set the current location as default making it not very useful unless you never leave home. Still the best forecast widget though.

Pretty good, needs more options I'd like the option for 5-day instead of 24-hr forecast. GPS location would be awesome. Another suggestion: let us see multiple cities' temperatures at once, by overlaying color-coded temperature lines on the graph. That would be handy. Not complaining though, this seems to be the best non-spamming weather app out there right now!

almost perfect needs auto location update and refresh icon built into widget. Then it will be perfect and i will donate!! It does not compromise battery life..I use the setting ; 'only update when awake' and 3 hours update options (6,12 hrs and auto also available). 85kb of data used in 3 days, and doesn't even show up on my battery usage! No noticeable drop in battery either.

Simple and lots of information Does exactly what I need and I appreciate the quantity of information packed in the widget as opposed to a big widget that "looks" pretty. Will give this 5 stars once it can do current location as opposed to needing to manually set a location.

Almost perfect!! Aix Weather is always one of the first apps/widgets that i install on a new phone. I usually combine it with a local weather app depending on my location. The weather data sources (i use "auto") also provide accurate forcasts in any location i have been so far. My favorite widget!!

This is great A lot of detailed info in a glance and easy. Weather Chanel app has same view, but two clicks deep. Aix is a great weather widget.
