I will be working on the app throughout the year, but to avoid pissing people off with constant updates they have no use for, I won't be pushing the updates to the Android Market until sometime before the 2013 Draft.
If you would like to get the latest version of the app, I have it on my GitHub repository here:

In the code tree, click "bin", then "TradeCalc.apk", then View Raw. Download that on your phone and install. Have fun.
