This application sends normal text message so your Carrier will charge you in the same way you would be charged if you sent the messages manually.
Users with android 4.1 (and maybe 4.0) may experience a warning from your phone that this app sends a large amount of text messages, and you will have to manually aprove every sms for a time after that. This is because in the newer versions of android there is a built in "safety feature" which will warn you when an app sends more than 100 messages in 30 minutes.
Also, if you try to send 1,000,000,000,000 (one trillion) messages, the app will crash.
