Description
Uses the camera to automatically adjust screen brightness whenever you turn the screenlight on (going awake). Dark at night. Bright in the sun.Can not control keyboard backlight.

samsung galaxy ace 2 Cannot get this app to work on Samsung Galaxy Ace 2 (Android OS v2.3.7 Gingerbread).

LG VM701---Optimus Slider OS---Gingerbread 2.3.4 No hardware light sensor. Just installed. Hope this app helps. Stay tuned for follow-up.

Bertram Wooster Works with galaxy ace. Gives some automatic control over screen brightness in a phone without a light sensor using camera instead.

Doesn't seem to do anything LG Optimus S

It is a good app but surely it would make sense to monitor the light sensor periodically (as light can change) not the camera where possible. HTC DHD.

works as described, but would rather it use the ambient light sensor than the camera. every time my phone wakes up, the autofocus lens moves. Droid

Same as other comment, not auto on HTC desire, really annoying to pay for it

Works great now that I got rid of sense ui on my HTC magic...

Works awesome ( nexus one )

Does not work automatically when turning the screen on. I always have to click on the "update brightness" shortcut.
