This app controls Voodoo sound for Galaxy S, Nexus S phones Galaxy Tab and Asus Transformer with or without custom kernels implementing Voodoo patches.
Root is required.

Galaxy Tab Wifi: GT-P1010 is not supported either for the same reasons.
Galaxy Tab 10.1 is not yet supported but will be.

As I publish updates very often, enabling auto-updates is recommended.

Every new feature uses the abilities of Wolfson Microelectronics WM8994 ultra low power audio codec, without affecting battery life.
Note: When Bass Boost EQ is disabled, signal takes the most direct path and is not processed in any way.

Opps on the free upgrade I bought it again for the new phone. Guy earned it as far as I'm concerned. Epic 4g worthless without this. Here's a newsflash... Galaxy s2 is just as bad. Needed Voodoo "louder" if i ever wanted to record something with audio. Way to go Samsu.g.

lost this great app when "upgraded" to ICS I could tell right away voodoo provided better sound - but when my phone downloaded ICS without asking and was adamant about installing it was the beginning of the end. No more voodoo after that, and after being stuck without a few days I can really appreciate what a big dif this thing made. Not sure if this problem is for all phones running ICS or just upgraded Gingerbread phones. Right now I am trying to downgrade to Gingerbread -

Issues with ics There is some issues with 4.0.4 ics. Doesn't detect when head phones plugged in. Also can't start it manually. Please update

Not working for me Nexus S 4.04 Well I don't know if it needs an update but it simply makes no difference for my phone. Sound is poor with or without voodoo. Hope I can change my rating with next update.

It'd be great but... ...Google Play literally won't let me install it. For some odd reason, it believes I purchased it already (I haven't), and when I try to buy/install, an error states I haven't purchased it. Awesome. I'll give 5 stars when fixed. I know its not the developers fault, but I don't know if its an isolated issue.

FullGripMedia, Worth every Penny! Easy Install, GREAT sound!!! Really, improves audio volume on my Rooted Infuse. A+ for all the features and the BASS is amazing, especially with a good set of headphones!!!!! For me, an inexpensive price to pay for HOURS of improved sound to watch movies & listen to music!!!!

Perfect! I wanted a kernel for my Bionix Nextgen V2 ROM without BLN but still wanted Voodoo Sound. (Hard to find one without the other.) This app does the job perfectly. Now I have Voodoo Sound and I'm happy happy happy!!!
