The application has access to the following:
Your location
fine (GPS) location
Access fine location sources such as the Global Positioning System on the phone, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine where you are, and may consume additional battery power.
coarse (network-based) location
Access coarse location sources such as the cellular network database to determine an approximate phone location, where available. Malicious applications can use this to determine approximately where you are.

Allows an application to prevent the phone from going to sleep.
Phone calls
read phone state and identity
Allows the application to access the phone features of the device. An application with this permission can determine the phone number and serial number of this phone, whether a call is active, the number that call is connected to, ect.

Allows an application to write to the SD card.

Not even close I always run 9 Mbps on my wifi and it says im topped out at 5 everytime. Even my 4g is capped out at 6 Mbps down...

Not useful other than in Russia. Needs the ability to hit a local server in order to really test my connection and not just measure latency to Russia.

On Samsung Galaxy S II Good app but it could have a function where you can choose the servers
