Yandex.Maps gives you access to detailed maps of cities and towns across Russia, Turkey and Ukraine right in your pocket.Find addresses and businesses and plan journeys taking current traffic conditions into account.
The Yandex.Maps mobile app offers the following features:
- detailed maps of towns and cities across Russia, Turkey and Ukraine;
- the ability to search for specific addresses;
- the ability to search nearby points of interest including cafes, drug stores, ATMs, gas stations etc. and additional information on buildings, businesses and other points of interest (not available in Turkey);
- satellite and panoramic street view images of cities;
- People's map (not available in Turkey);
- Yandex.Traffic and real-time traffic alerts;
- a route planner that optimizes routes based on current traffic conditions;
- public transport routes (major Russian cities and Kiev, Ukraine);
- route information (distance, speed, estimated journey time) and automatic route recalculation following any deviation (Russia and Ukraine only);
- additional information about companies and buildings;
- the ability to read and add business reviews;
- the ability to download maps (major Russian, Ukrainian and Belarus cities).
Customers of Kyivstar (Ukraine) will not incur data charges for using Yandex.Maps.

Глючит на HTC in-S Теряет шрифты, глючит в ночном режиме. Иногда виснет. Много ненужной анимации.

Алексей Уважаемые разработчики, вы не могли бы сделать время "двойного тапа" для увеличения карты, как в старой версии, потому, что достаточно сложно стало масштабировать таким образом. Я не успеваю так быстро тапать по экрану, хотя вроде не тормоз). Это же очень просто - всего одну переменную изменить!!! И еще хорошо бы вернуть разноцветную расцветку станций метро. Пожалуйста! Спасибо.

Explay Informer 702 Приложение, бесспорно, хорошее, но на моем устройстве работает только предустановленная версия, после обновления не запускается. Другие приложения от Яндекса, только что скачанные, работают.

2.3 Новая версия жрет батарейку нещадно, голосовой поиск ищет только на английском, хотя в настройках системы стоит русский. В остальном - все ок.

Проблемы при зуме В новой версии появились проблемы с офф-лаин картами. При изменени масштаба появляются белые дыры. Я так понимаю баг-фикс был направлен не на это?

Yandex maps Голосовой поиск самостоятельно не настраивается на язык. Настройка берется из языковой версии системы. Это не удобно, так как если есть желание иметь настройку системы на английском языке, голосовой поиск в этом прмложении будет работать неправильно.
