Brilliant!! What a great app. Just got my first smart phone, Orange San Diego, and was dreading having to re-enter all my Palm memo stuff. Had a few false starts - file access errors, then realised I had to download the OI file manager. This is useful in its own right - I can now manage my flash memory on the phone. Then realised my Palm Desktop was level 6, so .mpa was not working. Switched to tab format and hey presto, it worked! Absolutely brilliant. All my data came over correctly and ithe app is actually easier to use than my Tungsten - much more data on screen. I miss not being able to select, paste and copy text but I might find a way eventually.

Love it I am thrilled to be able to replicate the Palm memo on my Android. I only wish I could back it up and edit in Google.

Runs in background Simple, does what's needed, but runs in background and starts in its own.

Wonderful contribution, but needs a password I was delighted to find a memo book which emulates my old Palm memo book. I was able to download my old memos easily. However, I have some sensitive information in my Private memos, so I need to protect them with a password like the Palm memo book did.

It is Palm on Android - and we need it. Palm was first in PDA market - and to make Android device real PDA, we need bits from Palm. And that app bring it - Memos. There's only one drawback - non-english users will find it not as useful. But it is a problem for almost all such apps, and for leaders too.
