For users running Android 2.2 to 3.x that are having trouble uninstalling Tangoe MDM, you must first remove its Device Administrator permissions by navigating to Settings > Security > Select device administrators. Once there, uncheck Tangoe MDM and tap "Deactivate" when the prompt appears. After that, you should be able to uninstall the Client.
