Tab Cloud is a Google Chrome extension which allows you to save any window session and restore it at a later date or on another computer. Effectively allowing you to sync open tabs between multiple computers.This app allows you to access the list of tabs you have saved using the Chrome extension, from your phone.

Haters need to stfu This is awesome! Love the chrome extension and this is a great complement to access my saved tabs on my android devices. Sure it could always use more features, but this is from an indie developer and they are doing a fine job considering its free people!!!

Pretty good but as already mentioned should be full app with ability add, remove, modify tabs on phone as well.

Wish it was an app and not just something that opens in your browser. Even nicer if you could save pages on the phone.
