Ever since Android 1.6 came out, most of your phone’s settings can be adjusted directly from the desktop using widgets. Of course, not everyone has had the chance to get used to Android ‘Donut’ 1.6. Since not all settings can be quickly adjusted using the built-in widgets, some of you may find Quick Settings very useful. Find out how to better organize your phone in this test report.
Quick Settings offers you access to all your most important system settings, all within a single app:
On top of all that, your current memory status and battery life are displayed at the top of the screen. Last but not least, you have the option of adjusting the screen brightness at the top. On the main screen you’ll find that most options have a small on/off button to the right of them (turning WiFi or GPS receiver on/off). Depending on the particular settings, the app sometimes redirects you directly to your Android options, at least in the case of WiFi settings. Unfortunately, you cannot create customized profiles with a specific set of settings using Quick Settings.

You can select between the following ringer modes:
Volume control lets you adjust:
Adjusting the screen brightness is made simple and practical. Using an adjustable bar you can set your brightness in increments anywhere from zero to 100.
Bottom Line:
Quick Settings gives you easy instant access to all of your most important system settings. Before Android 1.6. and its long-awaited widgets, Toggle Settings was my favorite Android tool. Unfortunately, Toggle Settings constantly runs in background mode. Now with Quick Settings I no longer have to worry about depleting my battery life.
Quick Settings runs efficiently and without any problems or crashes.
Quick Settings can be downloaded for free from the Android Market.

Great app.. I love that you can choose to have it in the task bar all the time making it easy to turn on or off WiFi or blue tooth as well as all other options while in a program without needing to close out of an app just to make those type of system changes.
