Summary
If you’re looking for a fun, not-too-challenging game with which you can kill some time, today’s featured app might be just the ticket for you, so read on.

Features & Use
Colorful blocks slowly pile up from the bottom up in Line Up. The goal of the game is to prevent the blocks from piling higher than the edge of the screen. To do so, you have to line up three or more blocks of the same color next to each other; they will then disappear. The more blocks you manage to eliminate using the 100 clicks you’re allotted per game, the higher your score will be.
If the blocks pile up too high you’ve lost the game and can start a new one. Line Up strikes me as being an upside-down version of Tetris.
The blocks appear from the bottom and not from the top. Rather than putting them in the right order, you have to remove them, because, as I said, if there are too many of them and the pile gets to be too high, the game is over.
I have to say that I rather enjoyed playing Line Up and would recommend it to anyone who also gets a kick out of this type of game.
Screen & Controls
Line Up is a very colorful game. You can change the appearance of the blocks by clicking on the small blue Plus sign in the bottom left side of the screen. You can also regulate the sound here, as well as start a new game or read through the instructions.
You can see the remaining clicks (or Taps), the speed, and the score in the bottom half of the screen throughout the game. I really like Line Up’s simplicity and easy controls: this actually sets the game apart from other, more complex games.
My number one criteria for “diversion games” is that they’re easy and fast and just plain fun, and I feel that Line Up lives up to those expectations.
Speed & Stability
I was very satisfied with the app’s speed throughout the testing phase. I experienced no problems with it whatsoever.
Price/Performance Ratio
Line Up can be downloaded for free from the Android Market.
