Summary
Today we have another test report written by Paulina Gegenheimer for you. She is a high school student a big Android fan.
Bread Factory isn’t particularly complicated or difficult to understand. However, you do have to react really quickly and be on attentive to what’s happening… and that’s what’s makes this game so much fun.
Features & Use
The goal is to bake and wrap up as many little breads as possible in order to reach the next level. That isn’t as easy as it sounds, because the further you go the more breads arrive and you have to be very quick on your toes in order to juggle the breads, as these arrive faster and faster. The breads also arrive in an irregular manner, and you have to make sure that you don’t drop them, otherwise you lose a life.
There aren’t very many settings that you can adjust, aside from the main screen on which you can read up on the rules of the game. This makes it very easy to learn how to play the game, which is another reason why I like Bread Factory so much: you don’t have to waste a lot of time settings things up, you can just get cracking and start playing right away.
Screen & Controls
Once you touch the icon a New Game button appears along with a mini set of instructions on how to play the game as well as a an explanation that lets you know what the goal of the game is.
Once you start Bread Factory you will see a light blue backdrop as well as two men standing next to a belt conveyor, shifting the little breads on to the next conveyor. You can see how many lives you’ve got left as well as which level you’re currently in at the top of the screen. At the bottom of the display there’s a small red button which you can use to pause the game when you feel like you want a break.
Use your fingers in order to shift the men around the screen: simply touch the position you want them to be maneuvered to.
Speed & Stability
The game is ready as soon as you touch the icon and there’s no loading time. I didn’t experience any difficulties with the Bread Factory's stability during our test.
