Koalyptus (free new games)'s story is classiclly simple: the wise old eucalyptus tree has lost all of it's leaves leaving it's memories in taters. The only thing that remains of its once timeless wisdom are facts about people, cities and animals. It's up to the koala to guess how the facts tie together. Every right answer gives the eucalyptus tree some of it's memories and leave back.
Koalyptus is 6.3 MB and requires the following permissions:
The game dynamic is easy to understand. The questions can be broken down in to six categories:
Riddles can either be selected from each category manually or automatically selected by the program. Each riddle consists of 10 facts that hint at the person, place or thing that the eucalyptus tree wants to know. The faster players answer, the more leaves the eucalyptus tree gets back so keep your typing fingers limber. You can also download additional question packs with collected leaves. If you don't have enough, you can also purchase leaves from the Android Market. There are also three additional “life lines” players can use:
picture– a picture of the answer is quickly displayed
letters–the number of letters in the answer is revealed
name– a list of names where one could be the answer
As you collect leaves and restore the eucalyptus tree's lost memories the questions get harder and harder. But don't worry, you can also buy new life lines with the leaves you've already won. After playing for a good hour or so, I can truthfully say that the riddle can be very challenging. Especially when you have to pick out a famous person just based on their biography.
If you're looking for a friendly competition, Koalyptus (free new games) also has a head to head mode where two friends can challenge each other to a game of speed either on Android smartphones or on tablets with the new tablet friendly version of the game.
Conclusion:
Koalyptus (free new games) really got me interested. Thanks to its many categories and huge question pool. The ability to buy more questions with collected leaves kept me coming back for more and my friends also really enjoyed the dual mode.

Koalyptus (free new games) borrowed much of its visuals from classic children's books and the family friendly look fits the theme of the game.
Koalyptus (free new games) is easy to use and generally stable but there were a couple of longer pauses, when I was trying it out. Also I had to wait longer then normal for the game to load and it did crash once. But despite a few hick ups the game worked great.
