I just downloaded it and am trying it out now. I can record a complete (2-way) phone call with this application, or only my side of the conversation?

VoiceTask is not meant for call recordings as it is not possible to record a call for now. See:
http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=2117
http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=8112

The application is designed for easy summarization of phone conversations and any other audio recordings, with posibillity of sneding recordings to any e-mail as MP3 attachment.....

Okay, I was confused by the option after incoming calls. I thought it meant after the call was started, not after it finished. Still interesting though. On a side note, the icon showing an Android microphone looks like an Android with a stethoscope attached. Not a problem, just a funny observation.
