I recently got WallSwitch, and it works perfectly on my Evo. It's free and you can set the interval between wallpapers to whatever you like: minutes, hours, or days. It also comes with a widget so you can change the wallpaper earlier if you don't like the current one. You can designate multiple locations as the source for your wallpapers, and you can also choose what cropping method the app uses.

I read that Wallpaper Set & Save is another good app but the current version does not yet work with my phone.
