How to get apps from other countries?

Hi, I'm wanting to buy some japanese apps that are shown on androidPIT but when I scan the QR code It comes up empty.
I'm in the US on T-Mo , would I need to use Market Enabler? If I do, how do I change the settings to japan? It doesn't seem to have those settings. thanx :)

Edit: I'm noticing there are a quite a few apps I'm not able to access. :( One of which was just updated Oct 29 2010 and I can't see that one either :( and its in english.

hmm, how odd. After a reboot. I can see a bunch of the manga ones that I couldn't find before :(
I dunno why.

That just leaves a few. Don't freak out on me. chicks like this stuff too : /

Okay, it may have something to do with country limitation from what someone else tells me. Developers can apparently choose if they want their app to be restricted to only certain countries for download. I went ahead and removed the link already.

Hi, It seems that I have seen some eBay stores that have the service convert Japanese settings to English, using some software. Just install the software and connect to the setup, then it will translate and convert. You may have a search.
