I believe there is only one flash player for android, I may be wrong. And you need at least android 2.2 (Froyo) on your phone to use it. If you have 2.2 search the market for Flash Player by Adobe Systems.

The others have pretty much answered the Flash question I believe. As for cool apps/games, check out this thread or look at the profiles of some forum members to see if they've uploaded a list of their favorite apps.

What kind of stuff do you do on the computer in your free time? Maybe I can give you some good recommendations for apps that would interest you if I knew more about what you like to do on the web.
