friends
my nook has honeycomb 1.1. and i want to upgrade it to 3.3 or gingerbread 3.1
i failed to do so . in the last while briging between nook and pc
please help me what should i do , i followed this utube help

and my nook doesn't recognize word files or books.
and i want my nook to read all the files including pdf to read it for me.
please help me in this .
