I wanted to drag in a new UMTS card into the back of my HTC flyer so I pushed the plastic guard around the bottom of the device outward. Now it won't push back in. Is this how to open the device or am I supposed to open the plastic guard around the top of the device where the camera is? I'm so confused and now I'm worried I may have broken the back of the device. Does anyone know what I should do?

Have you tried taking off the flap and then sticking it back in again? It sounds too simple to be true, I know, but sometimes the best answers are...

I've found out a very weird thing. My flyer told me to insert the SIM card if I want to proceed with something else I wanted to do. I was rather confused, as I have purchased the WiFi-version. I thought: "Hey cool, they shipped me accidentally a better version". I turned out that the software on the flyer is buggy!

Now I have a buggy software and a broken flyer... Customer service will have a look, though.
