Help with Contacts

Okey, I'm not that technical. But there is one thing that annoys me a lot. Whenever I go into "contacts" I get Facebook contacts, phone number contacts and email contacts. I know you can link the various contacts with each other, but on some Facebook contacts, you can not add numbers, so I must have one contact for phonenumber (so I can write sms and call) and one for a Facebook contact for the same person. These duplicates are driving me nuts! It's WAYYY too much text to scroll through every time I want to make a call. Can I fix that in some way???

Then I would like to change the name of Facebook contacts, but I guess it is not possible? Right now I have three names of "Emma" and thank god that there are pictures on the side, otherwise it would have been difficult and complicated to know what Emma is clicked.
