Android sync with Outlook

Friends: I have an HTCDesire phone with the USCellular data plan. When I sync my office computer with my phone, the time on my phone always changes by one hour and all the transferred appointments on the phone calendar are one hour off. Both the phone and computer are set for the same time zone. anyone know what might be wrong? Thanks.

How do you sync your phone with the office computer? Wirelessly? Or through a special software?

I asked around and it was suggested that you try to use outlook web access as opposed to a direct cable sync. Apparently there are a couple of different filters you can set on both your computer and cell that could be causing this error and web access bypasses most of the basic filters that could be causing the problem.
