How do I install these apps

The App folder has these Folders & files:
META_INF
Res
Android manifest.xml
classes.dex
resources.arsc
I would like to install them but as avery green noobie I have no idea what to do.

Thank you for your reply, I know very little about Android 2.2 not even how to move files etc but I am trying to learn

I have downloaded some apps to my PC but when I looked at them there was no .apk file just these two folders
META_INF
Res
and these three files
Android manifest.xml
classes.dex
resources.arsc
Without an apk file I don't know how to install them

Your help would be much appreciated
