hi, suddenly can.t download pictures and videos which i receive through whatsapp on my sgs2. it used to work before. any idea what may the reason is?

don't mean to be redundant, but have you kept the same SIM card? have you tried reinstalling the app? i've never had any problems with whatsapp before...

I have reinstalled Whatsapp and cleared the memory, but still it is not working
