my phone wont turn on or charge i managed to get the hard reset screen up once but now it wont come up at all it's just non responsive what so ever

He I'm sure people here in the forum would love to help but they are going to need a bit more information first.

What type of phone are you using?
What were you doing with it when the problem started?
When you say nonresponsive, what do you mean? Do you see anything on the screen or is it just black?
What happens when you try to connect it to a charger? Is there any activity?
Did you try to root your phone before the problem started?
