Hi plllllleeeeeaaassse help. My chacha was misbehaving a few weeks ago and my proivder, 3, talked me through resetting and all problems seemed to disappear, until today. When i receive texts i don't know who they're from. Only a number is displayed next the message, all contact names have disappeared although names are displayed when using People. Ive tried importing/exporting to sim/sd card, nothing changes. Does anyone have any ideas how to display the names. Thank you.
