Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc — S.E. Experia Arc emails

I know a lot of people have asked how to change their ringtones and tx tones but Ive worked that out fine.
My problem is how to change my email notification tone??? Cant for the life of me find the section how to change it.
Any ideas??? :bashful:

You should be able to go into sounds --> notification sounds and change it there..

Go to setting >sound > notification ringtone. This will let you select the tone that plays when you get an email or text message.

Thats exactly where you should be able to change it as its the most obvious place but this only changes my tx notification tone not my email tone, its mad.

Do you know how most people tell you from your home screen to then go to settings etc, etc?

Well,

You have to actually go to emails THEN go to account settings then select ringtone then its a doddle.

I dont know why notifications tone doesnt do the job when you go into it from the home screen but it def works this way. Give it a whirl. :grin:
