facebook on home page

my facebook keeps disappearing on my home page, ive tried taking battery out-its worked before-but makes no difference this time...any ideas?

You mean the icon itself is disappearing? Thats weird. Does it do it while the phone is on or only after reboots?

its the little black box that updates FB....its back on now but had to uninstall some of my other stuff
