Both versions are quite similar. The main difference is that v2.3.6 resolved a voice search bug.

I don't think you are going to see any real difference because some of the basic functionality that you really don't notice all that much. I think both are fine.

my samsung is slow now with 2.3.5 version,it was better with 2.3.3 now is slower crashed leaked.what can i do ?

Root the galaxy 2 and flash a custom ROM onto it. We have a guide on rooting the galaxy s2 that might help.
