HTC Sensation XE — Earphone Problem

Recently updated my sensations software, and music won't play out of the headphones, only out the built inspeaker. The radio still works, just the music player, and suggestions on how to resolve this?

All advice will be much appreciated

Can you tell me which version you were on and what software version you updated to?

Also, is your phone rooted or running stock?

I have this problem when I updated to ice cream sandwich, I am going to take it into T-Mobile and send it off to try get fixed
