Hi all
I am totally new to all of this and have never written an app and have no real idea how to either!!!
I'd like an app which involves using information from a website which uses a cloud (at this point I have no idea what I'm talking about!!). The website uses an XML page which is updated every 30 seconds.
I'd like an app which can take information from this XML website and turn it into simple information.
It involves using a TfL website which is http://cloud.tfl.gov.uk/trackernet/predictionsummary/j
The above website updates every 30 seconds and gives a lot of information about the Jubilee Line. All I want is some of the information on the app. Mainly, the train number, the current location and finally the destination.
From what little I know, each piece of information on the above link gives different types of information. I am only interested in 3 peices of information.
I hope I'm making myself clear.
Is this an easy app to create? I don't mind paying someone to do it but I don't want to be ripped off.
