If you've been reading about the Apple vs Samsung law case you are probably aware that Samsung lost and it faces a billion dollar payout. It appears that Samsung didn't even win one of their counter claims. Well, the jury is out and are talking. Boy, there are some inconsistencies. The link above will give you some insight into this controversial case.
Some bloggers have suggested that Samsung well just pay up without any appeal, since similar appeals have only 10% chance of being successful. But, on reading this groklaw story, I suspect that we haven't seen the end of this just yet.
