can I now turn off the allow access to all unknown after my android apps install? sighned new smart phone user

I'm assuming you're talking about the setting that allows unknown sources to install to your device? You can turn this option off and on at any time. Keep in mind if the option is disabled you cannot install third party apps without Google Play.
