Which phone?

I have been through several android phones and have had nothing but good things to say. I am currently using the samsung galaxy nexus on verizon wireless and am thinking about upgrading in the near future. I am looking at a few phones. Those being the droid DNA, the galaxy 4 and possibly the samsung galaxy s 3. I would greatly appreciate any feedback as to which route i should go. I would also very much appreciate your reasoning behind which phone selection i should make. Thank you very much and i look forward to seeing what you all have to say!

The Droid DNA looks like an awesome phone but the lack of SD card would keep me from getting it. As for me, where Android's concerned, RAM is king and I wouldn't consider any model that didn't have 2 gigs (that and the 2 gig models have FAST processors to go with it).

The Droid DNA, Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2 are the current spec standouts. Since the Droid DNA only has 11+ gigs true available storage, that leaves the Samsung models shining IMO.

Good luck with your choice. It's not an easy one.
