Hello,
I made an app to watch a good selection of english and also french channel ( eg : Nickelodeon Junior,Redbull TV, Animal Planet,...)
It's working everywhere if you have an connection to the internet
You can found my app if you make an research in the play store "stream tv lite"

(There is also a paid version with more channels)
NOTE : You have to download/install Vitamio and Adobe Flash Player if you don't have them through my app
