Android 4.0.9 Sounds

Hi

I have just purchased a phone ex Hong Kong which only has chinese insructions

Operating system is Android 4.0.9

In the setting menu there is no SOUND option

Can anyone tell me how to alter ringtones and message alerts etc

I managed to get an English manual which solved the problem.

In place of the sound option in the setting menu was sound profile which listed four different sound levels.

Select one level eg General and long press and ringtones and other noise changes can be made
