Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 16gb Wifi, connection problem

i just bought it and it says i got full wifi signal, however when i try to do anything that has to do with internet, it says connection problem. what should i do?

Are you saying aboutsamsung-galaxy-tab-2-p3100 or samsung-galaxy-tab-2-p3110 let me know
