I have an LG Motion and am trying to install the LG Driver v. 3.8.1 to my WXP SP3 PC and the progress bar reaches about 85%, then throws the following message:
"Unhandled Exception"
Error Number: 0x80040708
Description: (0x8004005) Unspecified Error
Setup Will Now Terminate
(OK)
I've tried too many things to list, but after 20+ hours of troubleshooting and retrying, the error dialog continues to appear.
This is the only *.exe that is problematic.
Yes, I D/L'd from the LG website and re-downloaded several times to make sure it wasn't corrupted.
I tried numerous "fixes" online, but none work.
Anyone here have any helpful ideas?
