I want to download apps on my Trio stealth pro tablet,but I don't know how to download Google play store....Can someone help me

Why not introduce yourself at our Meet & Greet thread.
To download Google Play on a Trio Stealth pro tablet, you will need to download Phonesky APK and place it in the folder where you've installed ADB. You will then be required to Turn ON the USB debugging function, and then attach your device to your PC via USB cable.
