Help.. Cannot uninstall app from Task Manager

I am using Samsung Galaxy Y since last one year. It is working good. I have installed one app named "Better Sleep" and now I am not able to uninstall it from Task Manager. Please help me in regards to this.

back up your data and perform a factory reset and enjoy fresh version of your phone :) i did it 3 times when i face such matters
