Apple has not created something sensational for a long time, although the Apple evangelists might disagree with me.

I believe it's healthy for Apple to get an "unofficial" note of dissatisfaction with their products as in a survey like this. It's also heartening to note that the competition is alive and kicking. Being No.1 for sometime, Apple is just coasting along, and now comes challenges from other tablet and phone manufacturers. All in all, it would result in better products for us, consumers.
