Smartphone battery life

at what point do you think we are going to hit a ceiling as far as smartphone battery life and thickness is concerned?

Did you hear about the 18 year old student who invented a super-capacitor to charge your smartphone battery in 30 secs? If that invention goes anywhere who cares how long your cell battery lasts! But I think a new technology is definitely needed, especially as consumers continually want longer battery life on devices that suck more and more power and are increasingly connected to Wi-Fi, networks, Bluetooth and so on all the time.

You can save battery life by putting the phone into AIRPLANE mode when not using it!:bashful:
