Samsung Galaxy S3 mini — Send / Receive messages in urdu language

I have installed urdu as input language in S3 mini. I cann't send or receive urdu messages. I can write the message but get error when I try to send it og receive a urdu message. I get lots of ????????? marks.
Is there any one who can help me in the case.

I can do it with no problem with in S3 but not in S3 mini.

I think it's depend on the service operators if they have server like this than they able to send it one another & also on receiver side that is either they have installed that language font or not.

Go to message setting/ Input Mode/ automatic
