Has Anyone tried the Global Call VoIP app?

Just through some random search, I came across Global Call's Facebook page which is flooded with posts about this online contest they are running.

Now either they have really deep pockets or are still pretty new on the block with an offering like this. What I need to know is how are the rates and the call quality through this app? Any advice will be helpful.

Don't know about this app. But I do the same task with "Line" app. The app provides calling and texting with good coverage.
