Hey,
since my Motorola Motoluxe fell to the floor 1 1/2 weeks ago, my phone is having issues that influence my phone a lot.
1. Whenever I lock the phone, it won't react to any of the buttons, sometimes the bar (home, return, etc.) lights up, but that is everything. So I have to remove the battery (which is probably not good, I know) to activate it again, because there seems to be no other way.
2. The Camera App just doesn't function at all, the screen is completely black. I can't use the camera through other apps like Snapchat, either.
3. Although I load it the whole night and only use it in lunch break, whenever I come home from school, my phone is completely dead. I tried to shut some apps down, but it does the same thing anyways.
4. I can't receive nor send pictures via text messages.
It would be amazing if y'all could help me!
