Vince, i am working in mobile app development company, so generally i am part of a team, because i have recently switch from web to mobile development.

so may be with the help of this forum i may develop my own android app....

Hey @Rahul, welcome to the forum. I'm sure you're beyond this already, but have you see our Android developer Henrique's Android Development series? The last installment was about creating an RSS reader (they'll get tougher as the series progresses) and you can join the forum for that particular series, where you can also chat directly to Henrique.

Can I ask why you made the switch from web to mobile?
