Samsung Galaxy Note 3 — How to inverse the color of the menu black/white etc

Hi ,

I want to know if its possible to change the colors of the text and the background under SETTINGS

I can get this without installing any programm (settings >>device >> Accessibility >> negative colors ) but everything wil change !!!
