Hi all. One of my friends wich is a web develloper. Have told me that german prices on internet connection is just too expensive in germany. When she compares it to the price in Denmark.

I really don't know how expensive it is.

Now. This makes me kind of curios on how much internet and phonecalls are in the rest of the world.

I am from Denmark. I pay 100 kroners wich is like 13 euro, and i get 3 hours talk. 3 gigabyte data. Free mms and free sms. Every month.
When i reach 3 gigabyte limit, then I can still use internet (hotspot), only difference is that the will lower the connection to 256 kilobit.

For the internet. I pay 180 kroners, wich is about 25 euro. I get 10 megabit with no data limit at all.

How much do you pay?

As a pound sterling is a little over 9 danish kroners. It looks like the same price in the uk as in denmark. Roughly.

My german friend just told me, that her internet is twice as expensive and half as good. As in denmark. It made me really wonder and think.

9€ unlimited data with no sms option, for top 3 networks in India for 3G,8€ for 3gb limited then later 128 kbps.Bottom two networks charge about 3-5€ per month for unlimited 3G data, with no sms option.
In short 15€per month, get unlimited of everything you want, calls, sms, speed of 3G data would be 128-256 after 5gb, primary speed 3.1mbps.

Verizon: $40/month for the line, plus $70/month for 2GB of data. I hate Verizon with the fire of a thousand suns.

Ouch. I take it your options are limited, Joel.
